Norm Rogers has had the pleasure of living in Shasta County for nearly 15 years. He received an AA in Business Management from Spokane Falls Community College, a BA in Accounting from Gonzaga University, and a Master’s in Taxation.

For 44 years, Norm has worked in various accounting positions in the manufacturing industry, including Tax Manager, Controller, Comptroller, and Treasurer, throughout the Pacific Northwest across multiple industries. Having been evacuated three times within a 12-month period, starting with the Carr Fire, Norm is committed to helping make this a safer community.
